Learn the basics of climbing movement and how to use our facility to have fun and achieve your climbing goals.

The Warm Up

A proper warm-up enhances your session experience and helps you avoid injury. Get tips and tricks to feel your best before you start climbing. You’ll leave this class with a warm up routine to build from.
